Listing Requirements

• Must serve the Kansas City metropolitan area

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as selected during signup
• Billing frequency may vary by plan and promotional offers
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, with service continuing until the end of your current billing period
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you:

• Authorize us to charge the specified amounts at your chosen billing frequency
• Represent that you have the right to use the payment method
• Agree to pay all charges incurred
• Understand that failed payments may result in service suspension
• Acknowledge that subscription fees will be charged in advance for each billing period
